"I had a very frustrating experience with this State Farm agency. I scheduled a time-sensitive appointment to complete a cash surrender before a policy transfer deadline, only to have it canceled the same day because the office was closed—something that should have been known in advance. After signing the paperwork, I received multiple conflicting updates, including notices that my documents were incomplete, a “system glitch,” and eventually a denial after the policy had already transferred. I also had to follow up repeatedly and never received promised callbacks. While one staff member was professional and helpful in person, my overall experience was negatively impacted by poor communication, administrative errors, and an unprofessional interaction with Chrislyn. I was so offended by her behavior on 5/14/2026 that I left a complaint with the office manager."

"They took there time with my request. Because had to get my renter insurance right to keep renting my apartment. I had to ask them to write my apartment rent renewal for my apartment has the interest party got it right after several request but was patient kept at it go it right so I can keep my apartment. Great service I will always use them."
